Biotopo, que es?

Biotopo:

Hoy Ies quiero hablar del biotopo y porque es tan importante en el acuarismo .

Biotopo (del griego Bfoc bios, "vida' y ténoc, tonos, "lugar"), en biología y ecología.

Entonces podríamos definir a un Biotopo como un area de condiciones ambientales uniformes que provee espacio vital a un conjunto de flora y fauna que para vivir en óptimas condiciones.

Para ello necesita Ias condiciones propias del Biotopo (PH, KH salinidad o acidos tanicos. Ambientes rocosos , plantados, aguas calmas o rapidas , etc..Quimica de acuario

En acuarismo tenemos acuarios comunitarios, plantados holandeses, marinos, etc..

También tenernos biotopos que son un poco mas especfficos, requieren un poco mas de estudio del lugar a replicar .

Y de eso se trata, lograr igualarlo de la manera mas fiel posible a un biotopo natural.

Para esto no solo debemos conocer por ejemplo pH, dureza, temperatura del agua que son parámetros esenciales en todo acuario..

Ademés para armar un Biotopo debemos conocer tipo de suelo, peces que lo habitan, plantas y hasta iluminación y si es plantado o con rocas y escondite etc.

Se debe emular toda condición que tenga y habitantes, espacio para ellos, etc..

En‘un acuario de cícIidos africanos podemos darnos la licencia de mezclar por ejemplo como labidochromis , este ciclido es originario del Iago Malawi, en Africa, Lamprologus Sp, que es originarIo del Iago Tanganika y otros ciclidos de lagos africanos porque sus condiciones son similares, pero no sería un acuario de biotopo porque no es propio de un sólo sitio.

Un acuario de biotopo es mucho mas especffico. no solo que no se puede mezclar los peces de Iagos distintos o peces del mismo lago .

Para ser de biotopo incluso ademas de ser del mismo lago debe reflejar un espacio propio del lago.

Hay especies de aguas poco profundas, o de variados tamaños..

Para hacer un acuario de biotopo elegimos un sector del Iago a tratar de imitar, o el paisaje de Ias profundidades o bien el de la orilla.

Bien ya mas claro este tema, vamos a la finalidad de hacer un Biotopo para nuestros peces.

Y esta es tener a los peces en la forma mas óptima posible, es decir en agua y con condiciones propias de su biotopo asf como tenerlo con peces conpatibles y originarios de ese determinado habitat.

De esta forma Ios peces estaran como en la " naturaleza " su hogar, logrando así llegar lo mas cerca posible a su verdadera y mejor expectativa de vida, evitando enfermedades muertes prematuras. Estos son los motivos por los cuales eI acuario de biotopo es el modelo a seguir, si queremos mantener de forma ideal a nuestros peces.
